The 5th annual Heart & Soul Fest invites residents and visitors to discover the soulful roots of West Palm Beach’s historic Northwest District while enjoying a day filled with music, food and family fun.  Produced by the West Palm Beach Redevelopment Agency, the festival will highlight the historic neighborhood known as the heart and soul of the city, as well as the redevelopment and transformation taking place around the famed Sunset Lounge.  The event features Chanté Moore, an award-winning R&B and jazz singer best known for her Top 40 hits that include “Love’s Taken Over,” “It’s Alright,” “Old School Lovin,” “Chanté’s Got A Man” and “Straight Up,” along with local bands including Faith’s Place and Deep Fried Funk.
