Affordable and Workforce Housing Development Incentives
In order to maintain economic and social vibrancy within the City of West Palm Beach, it is important for the City to provide an attainable supply of housing at all income levels. To achieve that goal, the City’s Department of Housing and Community Development seeks to preserve and stimulate the production of affordable and workforce housing units for low and moderate income households residing or desiring to reside in the City through offering various incentives for the development of housing that is affordable for households at various income levels.
