Parking Administration’s office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

I received a citation for an expired tag or no current license plate, what do I do?

Send in a copy of your current registration with the ticket, if your registration was valid at the time you were cited, the cost of the citation will be reduced to $7.50 dollars. If your registration was not valid at time of citation issuance, the citation must be paid or make a request for a court date to appear before a judge.

My vehicle was booted/towed, how do I retrieve it?

You must bring cash, credit card or a cashier’s check in the amount stipulated on your warning sticker that was placed on your vehicle 24 hours prior to the boot/tow. If you need to verify the amount owed, please call the Division of Parking Administration at (561) 822-1500.
