Bill Moss - Hillcrest Paseo


Located at 3401 Parker Avenue, Bill Moss - Hillcrest Paseo offers the newest wet play area in the City, having opened in October 2014. This site was named in honor of the late Bill Moss who served the City of West Palm Beach as the Commissioner of District 5, where this park is located.

In addition to the wet play area, this 12-acre park offers a jogging trail, restroom facilities, public parking, and 2 multipurpose fields.

From June 1st through August 31st, the City of West Palm Beach requires a permit for groups of ten or more who want to use the Bill Moss - Hillcrest Paseo fountain. **Two-hour permits are $25 for residents and $35 for groups outside the city limits. The fountain can be reserved at the Recreation Administrative Offices at 401 Clematis Street or at any of the West Palm Beach Community Centers.

Upon arrivial, the group leader must present the permit to the fountain guard. For any questions regarding fountain reservations, permitting procedures, or to obtain a request form, please call the City of West Palm Beach Department of Parks & Recreation at 561-804-4900.

**Please note that permit holders are not given exclusive use of the fountains and others may join your group at any time.
