Breakfast with the Birds Hike

Wake-up with a hiking adventure in the Everglades! Search for birds in the Kowechobe Restoration Area, an area of the Preserve not typically accessible to the public, during this easy- paced guided walk. Observe birds leaving their rookeries for the day and learn some identification tips as you act as a Citizen Scientist and help collect important bird survey research.

Wear closed-toe shoes and bring water, hat, and sunscreen.

Time: 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
           Check-in 7:00 a.m. at Nature Center

Ages: 10and over (with participating adult)

Cost:   $5 per person
