WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (August 8, 2018)—
West Palm Beach Mayor Jeri Muoio and West Palm Beach City Clerk Hazeline Carson are pleased to share that members of the public may now view minutes of City Commission meetings online. The Office of the City Clerk records and saves minutes of meetings of the City Commission, a requirement of the Florida Sunshine Law.

Minutes of meetings held by boards and committees are not yet viewable online and are available by public records request.

The Office of the City Clerk functions as the official records custodian, official custodian of the seal of the City, supervisor of City election, and the City records management and records disposition program administrator. The City Clerk is responsible for attending all City Commission meetings, keeping the official minutes of all meetings of the City Commission, assisting in the preparation of official documents, countersigning official documents, attesting to all City documents, and codifying and recording all local laws, ordinances, resolutions and legal documents adopted by the City Clerk.
