Summer Food Program for Kids & Teens
Summer Food Service Program for Kids & Teens at the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach

The Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach is proud to partner with the School District of Palm Beach County to be a Summer BreakSpot, offering free nutritious lunches and snacks to kids and teens weekdays starting June 6, 2016 through August 5, 2016.

Nutritionally balanced meals will be provided to all children and teens at the library during summer vacation when school lunches are not available.  All children 18 years old and younger are eligible for meals at no charge.  The Summer BreakSpot is a service resulting from a partnership with the School District of Palm Beach County’s Summer Food Service Program and is approved for areas of need where 50 percent or more of the children qualify for free and reduced price meals during the school year.

Summer BreakSpot will be served on the 3rd floor in Kidspace on weekdays, Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Sponsored by USDA Summer Food Service Program.
