Distressed Vacant Property Registration

The City of West Palm Beach has passed an ordinance (No. 4260-10) requiring the registration of distressed vacant property. The intent of the registry is to allow the City to promptly and accurately communicate notice of any potential violations to a responsible individual or entity who can correct the violation. There is no Fee to register.

Requirements:

1. The applicant must complete the online form.
2. One form is required for each address that is to be registered.
