Are you ready to get fit and have some fun at the same time? No matter what your level of experience our Latin Cardio classes will get you moving and exercising to salsa, meringue, cha cha and more! Latin cardio provides an effective workout to help you lose body fat, gain muscle, improve posture, alignment and balance and feel more energetic! Classes are held Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm in the library's Auditorium. No registration is required. Optional donations accepted by instructor at time of class.
