Mayor Jeri Muoio was sworn in to office on March 31, 2011. Jeri Muoio was appointed to the West Palm Beach City Commission in 2006 and was reelected in 2007 and 2009. Jeri holds a doctorate in Education Leadership from Syracuse University and worked for many years as a school district leader.

Professionally, she serves as a Senior Vice President for Loop Capital Markets, covering the state of Florida and running their West Palm Beach office for the past eight years. Commissioner Mitchell has 18 years of experience in the investment banking industry.

Commissioner Keith A. James was sworn in to office on March 31, 2011. Keith A. James has resided in Palm Beach County since 1987. Mr. James currently practices corporate and real estate law through his own law firm, Keith A. James, P.A. Mr. James graduated from Harvard College in 1979 and Harvard Law School in 1982.
