Once you have completely filled out the permit application below, you must deliver the application in person along with payment to Construction Services Department; P.0. Box 3366; West Palm Beach, Florida 33402.

  Training Surcharge: Permit fee x 1% ($1.00 minimum) Fee x .01 =  

  Fire Review Fee: Permit fee x 10% (if applicable - $10.00 min.) Fee x .10 =
