Permit Fee Calculation Sheet

Once you have completely filled out the permit application below, you must deliver the application in person along with payment to Construction Services 200 2nd Street, 3rd floor, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401.

 First $50,000 of construction value x 2% (minimum of $50.00) Value x .02 =

  Training Surcharge: Permit fee x 1% ($1.00 minimum) Fee x .01 =  

  Fire Review Fee: Permit fee x 10% (if applicable - $10.00 min.) Fee x .10 =
