Long Term Disability is provided to certain employee groups, for income protection in the event of disability from a covered injury, sickness or pregnancy. The City provides this coverage at no cost to the employee. Please view the attached SPD (Summary Plan Description) for further information:

• Maximum Monthly Benefit: $5,000
• Minimum Monthly Benefit: $100
• Benefit Percentage: 60%
