The City "rolls out the red carpet" during orientation to welcome our newest team members. The objectives of orientation are for new employees to learn organization policies, the City's expectations of all employees, and employee benefits.

By the end of orientation not only were all of my questions answered, but there were several people from different departments to help guide me through all the necessary paperwork and who also made me feel very welcome."
