Employees in the PMSA unit may receive a 5% stipend for designations as follows:

3. c. Certified Java Developer
4. d. ORACLE Certified Professional
5. e. Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA)
6. f. Refrigerant Transition & Recovery Certification
      Types I, II, III
7. g. Microsoft Certified Professional
8. h. Microsoft Certified System Engineer
9. i. Certified Lotus Specialist
10. j. Certified Lotus Professional
11. k. Cisco Certified Network Associate
12. l. Cisco Certified Network Professional
13. m. Certified Professional Public Buyer
14. n. Certified Records Manager
15. o. Certified Public Purchasing Officer
16. p. American Institute of Certified Planners
17. q. Informix Certified Developer
18. r. Informix Certified Database Administrator
19. s. Senior Certified Crime Scene Analyst

Employees in the PMSA bargaining unit may receive 2.5% stipend for designations as follows:

1. a. Oracle Master
2. b. A+ Certification
3. c. Certified Payroll Professional
4. d. Certified Crime Scene Analyst

An employee who is assigned within a cost center wherein a work unit's primary function is storm water, or water distribution or wastewater collection; or an employee who is assigned as a manager or supervisor over more than one cost center at least one of which is storm water, or water distribution, or wastewater collection shall receive no more than one of the below as indicated:

Storm Water Division: $50 dollars per month for holding a Class "B" Storm Water certificate or $75 dollars per month for holding a Class "A" Storm Water certificate.

Water Distribution Division: $50 dollars per month for holding a Class "B" Storm Water certificate or $75 dollars per month for holding a Class "A" Storm Water certificate.

Wastewater Collection Division: $50 dollars per month for holding a Class "B" Storm Water certificate or $75 dollars per month for holding a Class "A" Storm Water certificate.
