Friday Night Jazz at the WPB Public Library!

Where: West Palm Beach Public Library 411 Clematis Street West Palm Beach, FL 33401
This eagerly anticipated monthly event will feature music from The Jazz Arts Music Society of Palm Beach and is a great opportunity to see the new West Palm Beach Public Library at its finest. Wine and light snacks will be available for a small fee.
The series will take place the first Friday of each month from November through April 2010 and will be held on the library’s Third Floor, Auditorium.
Presented by the Friends of the West Palm Beach Public Library.

Arnold Palmer to help Re-open Historic WPB Golf Course

(11/13/09) The public is invited to celebrate the reopening of the historic West Palm Beach Golf Course at 9:45 a.m. on Monday, November 16, 2009. The golf course is located at 7001 Parker Avenue.
Arnold Palmer, one of the greatest golfers in history, will join a group of PGA and LPGA stars, local dignitaries and celebrities at the special reopening ceremony at 9:45 a.m. The program will be followed by ceremonial shots off the first tee.
A full day of events is planned to mark the reopening of the course. Details can be found at wpb.org/golf.
