The West Palm Beach GreenMarket – the area’s biggest and most popular traditional farmer’s market – is back for a 15th year in beautiful downtown West Palm Beach.
The WPB GreenMarket is held Saturdays, beginning October 17th, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. along 2nd Street and Narcissus Avenue. FREE parking is offered in the Banyan Street Garage during market hours.
The 15th season of the WPB GreenMarket begins October 17th with more than sixty of your favorite local vendors and some new, exciting selections. Shop for farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, bakes breads, pastries, plants, flowers and more.
Savor top chefs’ specialties at the Chef Showcase the third Saturday of each month and enjoy live music each week in the GreenMarket Café.

The West Palm Beach GreenMarket will celebrate the greenest of all days, St. Patrick’s Day, on Saturday, March 14 with green Shamrock fun for its market patrons:
Guests to the West Palm Beach GreenMarket this Saturday will receive St. Patrick’s Day Shamrocks with purchases at every vendor. The more dollars guests spend at each vendor throughout the market, the more lucky green Shamrocks they will receive. Once they are done shopping, guests can redeem their green Shamrocks at the “Luck of the Irish” merchandise tent located at the intersection of 2nd Street and Narcissus Avenue. Here guests can redeem their Shamrocks for gifts in the “GreenMarket Pot O’ Gold” including T-shirts, coozies, shopping bags and more!
Guests are also welcome to bring their canine friends to the West Palm Beach GreenMarket on St. Patty’s Day to receive a treat from the Lucky Leprechauns. Guests are reminded to keep their dogs on a leash and to cool off their four-legged friends with some filtered water at the market’s Thirsty Pup Zones.

(February 3, 2009 — West Palm Beach, FL) This Valentine’s Day, all are invited to bring their shopping bags and their sweethearts downtown as the West Palm Beach GreenMarket presents its annual Strawberry Festival on Saturday, February 14. There will be lots of strawberry delights for sweethearts including a bountiful harvest of fresh local strawberries as well as some delicious, homemade strawberry shortcake, and some special strawberry offerings from greenmarket vendors.
Strawberry Shortcake to Benefit Hospice of PBC:
Guests to the GreenMarket on February 14 can treat themselves to delectable strawberry shortcake with fresh vanilla cream and newly picked strawberries prepared by Chef John Carlino from 10:00 am to noon. Guests can purchase the fresh and delicious strawberry shortcakes for $5.00 with all proceeds benefiting Hospice of Palm Beach County, a leading provider of hospice care that offers premier healthcare services to people nearing the end of life.
Valentine’s Day Promotions:
To bring a little love to the market on Valentine’s Day, guests that buy a strawberry shortcake will receive a beautiful FREE long-stem rose for their sweetheart courtesy of Love’s Flower Shoppe, while supplies last. Also, guests can buy a dozen roses for their sweetheart on this special day from one of our many local flower vendors. Each vendor will have their own Valentine’s Day specials.

‘Tis the season of giving. Guests are invited to help the children of our community by dropping off a new, unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots program. These toys will go to underprivileged children and bring them the joy of the holidays.

Chef Tammy Jo Newman from the Palm Beach Gardens High School Culinary Arts program, will be out with students to create delicious dishes with fresh ingredients gathered at the market. Guests are invited to come out and learn how to make these tasty dishes and sample the student’s work.

Kids can get in the spirit as they walk down Candy cane row and get a free face painting. The kids are sure to smile with a cute snowman or reindeer painted on their face, and they will also receive a FREE candy cane treat!

(October 24, 2008) – The West Palm Beach GreenMarket will hold its annual Canine Costume Contest & Parade this Saturday, October 25 at 10:00 am. Patrons are invited to bring their furry friends dressed in costume and enter them in the contest for great prizes. Categories for the canine costume contest include scariest, funniest, most original and best overall. Registration begins at 9:00 am at the GreenMarket merchandise booth (at the intersection of 2nd Street and Narcissus Avenue).
