Northwood Village hosts Art & Wine Promenade on Friday, April 29th from 6:00 – 10:00pm. Participants enjoy live music, streetside artists, complimentary wine and a variety of activities.
New businesses, unique stores, free events and exciting projects are just a few of the reasons to visit Northwood Village! This creative, eclectic and vibrant community continues to draw huge crowds during its free monthly Art & Wine Promenade.
Participants enjoy live music, streetside artists, complimentary wine, cupcakes and so much more. This month, local artist Lupe Lawrence will be making a guest appearance at Palm Beach Restoration Studios (540 Northwood Rd.) with live demonstrations and assistance in helping the crowd create their own acrylic painting.
“The Art & Wine Promenade gets bigger and better each month.” says Kate Volman, City of West Palm Beach CRA Marketing & Events Coordinator. “There’s just no other place like Northwood Village and we are thrilled when we receive fantastic feedback from people who come out to our events and experience it themselves.”
The Art & Wine Promenade takes place on the last Friday of every month from 6:00pm – 10:00pm in Northwood Village (one mile north of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. between North Dixie Hwy. and Broadway).
Three New Businesses Celebrate Grand Openings in Northwood Village

Northwood Village continues to attract new and exciting businesses to the area. With its unique, eclectic and creative feel, it’s easy to get excited about this up and coming area.
On Friday, January 28th, Mayor Lois Frankel, City Commissioners and lots of Northwood Village fans will come together to celebrate the opening of The Sunflower Room, King’s Sports and Harold’s Coffee Lounge all located on Northwood Road. That evening is also the monthly Art & Wine Promenade from 6-10pm. This free event includes live entertainment, streetside artists, complimentary wine tastings and more.

Northwood Village merchants decorate holiday trees – all proceeds benefitting the Florence De George Boys & Girls Club

A group of local artists are getting in the holiday spirit as they generously donate their time, talent and creativity to decorate amazing holiday trees to help raise money for the Florence De George Boys & Girls Club. The fun begins at 3:00pm on Monday, November 29 at Art Space 408 in Northwood Village. Tracy DeRamus, owner of Circa Who, is being featured in Travel & Leisure Magazine this month and she is just one of the many artistic individuals participating in this exciting tree decorating event as Northwood Village prepares for the December 10th Art & Wine Promenade.
Thirty-three holiday trees will be sold the night of the event and eight of these trees will be fully decorated by the merchants of Northwood Village. All proceeds will go directly to the Florence De George Boys & Girls Club. Nineteen undecorated trees have already been pre-sold and some are being donated back to families in need.
The merchants will be decorating the trees on Monday, November 29th at 3:00pm. Find out more about Northwood Village, the Art & Wine Promenade on December 10th and walk away with fresh and new holiday decorating ideas from some of the most creative artists in West Palm Beach.

Northwood Village is a hidden treasure for some of the most artistic and creative individuals. “The shops are quaint and full of life.” says Dave Romaine, President of The Northwood Village Merchant Association. “We love hosting the Art & Wine Promenade every month and we always look forward to making new friends at each event.”
