Announcements...GREEN FAMILY, GREEN BUSINESS, GREEN FUTURE Sponsors / Exhibitors: The Activity and Exhibition Tents are the heart of this year's e4 GREEN FAMILY, GREEN BUSINESS, GREEN FUTURE event, bringing sustainable information, services, materials and activities to an estimated 5,000 participants. The beautiful new Waterfront Commons and LEED Silver certified Lake Pavilion is the site of the City's third annual e4 Sustainability Summit and West Palm Beach Green Market. Businesses and organizations promoting Conservation, Education, Energy Efficiency, Water Efficiency, Sustainable, Organic, All Natural, Made of Recycled material, Eco-Tourism, Fair Trade or Otherwise Good for the Earth Products and Services are enthusiastically invited to exhibit at the Summit. Summit attendees come from throughout the city, county and region to enjoy this unique event. In order to assist those of you who would like to help the City of West Palm Beach 'Rethink Paradise for a Green City' and contribute to the continued growth and development of this exceptional event and sustainability initiatives, we have developed a "menu" of valuable opportunities to promote your company or organization to Summit attendees and for other program initiatives. Sponsorship funds may be utilized for sustainability programming throughout the year and we will continue to list your logo and information as applicable. As you consider these networking, marketing, and sponsorship opportunities, please carefully review the information we have prepared. In addition to Primary Summit Sponsorships, we have worked to develop value-added event sponsorships for every budget that will maximize exposure for you and demonstrate that your money was well spent. Special Event Sponsors are selected on a first come, first serve basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferences; however, the sooner you sign up, the more likely you are to get exactly what you want. Primary Summit Sponsors will be given preference to choose additional event sponsorship. E4 Sustainability Summit Sponsors/Exhibitors will be complimented by Green Market vendors that offer a variety of farm fresh fruits and vegetables, tropical and native plants, fresh-cut flowers, artisan foods, and more. The Green Market will have extended hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. e4 Sustainability Summit participants can learn ways to conserve energy and water, green their home or business or sit and enjoy breakfast or lunch while taking in the sights and sounds of the new Waterfront.
