Multi-Agency Interlocal Cert.

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners, the School Board of Palm Beach County and the City of West Palm Beach are pleased to announce a tri-party interlocal agreement that should significantly simplify the certification process for small business enterprises. The new procedure reduces the volume of paperwork required when small and minority/women business owners seek certification with the County, the City or the School Board.

When seeking certification with any of these three agencies, small business owners must:

  1. Obtain a completed Multi-Agency Cover Sheet from the agency your business is currently certified with;
  2. Complete the application of the agency you would like to become certified with;
  3. Provide the documents noted below for the agency you would like to become certified with along with items (1) and (2) listed above.
