Nora W. Laudermilk, FCCN, CPPB, Procurement Official
Directs procurement, contracts, City stores warehouse and property control. Responsible for CCNA Program, procurement card and Small Business Program. Oversees all procurements of the City. Responsible for the performance of the Procurement division.


Donna L. Levengood, CPPO, CPPB, Assistant Purchasing Manager

Prepare bids and RFP’s for goods and services; mini bids for construction. Approves purchase orders. Directs sale of surplus. Assists Procurement Official in daily operation of Procurement Division and City stores warehouse.


Jerry Jefferson, Warehouse Supervisor
Directs operation of Warehouse and receiving. Responsible for inventory levels, ordering and receiving. Assigns asset numbers for capital equipment. Coordinates sale of surplus.


Darlene Snowball, Purchasing Agent

Purchases goods and services for Police, Fire, General Services, Golf Course, MIS/Support Services, Code Enforcement, Planning, City Clerk, Parking Administration, Finance, Mayor and Administration. Purchases all vehicles, computers and cell phones.


Kari Hansen, Purchasing Agent

Purchases goods and services for Public Utilities, Public Works, Recreation, Parks Maintenance, Human Resources, Community Events, TV 18, Library and Internal Audit.


Tiffany Neilly-McCray, Small Business Program Compliance Specialist

Responsible for certifying small businesses and monitoring the Small Business Program. Directs incoming calls and departmental correspondence.
