Mission of the Public Utilities Department:

The mission of the Public Utilities Department is to develop long range strategic plans to meet future infrastructure and utility service needs for community growth, development and expansion; to enhance public awareness of environmental surroundings; to protect the health and safety of the public; and to provide responsive, courteous and quality service.

Our goal is to achieve customer satisfaction and improve the quality of life for the citizens of West Palm Beach, the Towns of Palm Beach, and South Palm Beach.
