Paying Your Bill
The City knows that convenience is important to you. That is why we make it as easy as possible for you to manage your City of West Palm Beach Utility account online.
You have several options to pay your bill using Visa, Master Card or your financial institution’s checking account. You must have your utility account number and service address, routing (DO NOT use numbers from your deposit slip) and bank account numbers or credit card information ready.
These services are available 7 days a week 24 hours a day and are free of charge.

| You can review your account consumption history, view your current bill, and make an express payment (no username or password required). To access this feature you need your utility account number. | |

E-Pay for Multiple Accounts (Login) |
|
You can create a profile for multiple utility accounts for quick and easy monthly online payments. You will be required to have an E-mail address and create a password. You will also be required to have the utility account number and house number of each individual account you plan to attach to your profile. We recommend you review our helpful user guides before you start. |

Pay by PhoneYou can pay your Utility bill over the telephone at (561) 822-1300. You will be required to have your utility account number. |

Automatic Bank DraftYou have the option to sign up for Automatic Bank Drafting. From the Public Utility web page, click on the “Automatic Bank Draft” icon to the left and print the form. Complete form with all the pertinent information, attached a voided check and mail it to us at our correspondence address below. |

Notice: In 2011 the City of West Palm Beach Public Utilities Department implemented a Identify Theft Program pursuant to the Federal Trade Commission’s Red Flags Rule, which implements Section 114 of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (16 CFR. § 681.2.)
In compliance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, the City of West Palm Beach will only allow established applicant(s) to make changes to and billing inquiries on their utility account.
