Let's Read Reader - Library

The West Palm Beach Library is looking for volunteers who love books, children, and reading. This program supports and encourages the love of reading by bringing story hours into elementary schools, providing library cards, and providing the gift of a book to each participating child. The volunteers will read for 30 minutes once a week for a 10 week session. All volunteers will recieve training in reading and interacting with children. All materials are provided for the readers. All volunteers are required to attend a 2 hour training session at the library.

Requirements: All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Complete a volunteer application and background screening process.
