The Risk Management Division provides a safe environment for employees and the public by working to prevent incidents and minimizing the financial impact of losses to the City of West Palm Beach.

The priorities of the division are to prevent and minimize physical losses to City-owned property, reduce the frequency and severity of personal injures to employees and the public, promote safe work practices among employees, and to ensure the continuity of service to the residents and visitors of the City of West Palm Beach.
