City Fun Summer Camp

General Camp Information

At this time, all registrations must be mailed in or completed online at westpalmparks.org. If you find that you cannot register for a program or if you have any questions regarding the summer camp programs, contact our Administration Office at (561) 804-4900.

Fee assistance is available for City of West Palm Beach residents only. Contact the Parks and Recreation Office at (561) 804-4900 for an application. Summer camp scholarships from Palm Beach County Youth Services are accepted. You can apply online by visiting pbcgov.org/youthservices and for more information, you can contact (561) 242-5700.

Day Camp (Kindergarten - 5th)

This is a camp for children currently enrolled in Kindergarten through the 5th grade. Proof of Kindergarten enrollment is required upon registration. Lunch and snack is provided at each location.

    • Session 1: June 8th - July 2nd (No Camp on July 3)
    • Session 2: July 6th - July 31st
  • Days and Time
    • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Fees
    • Residents: 1st Child - $350 per session, each additional child $262.50 per session.
    • Non-residents: $576 per session, per child.

    • Coleman Park Community Center - 1116 21st Street
    • Gaines Park Community Center - 1501 North Australian Avenue
    • Howard Park Community Center - 1302 Parker Avenue

Teen Day Camp (6th - 8th)

This is a camp for children currently enrolled in 6th grade through the 8th grade with a maximum age of 14 when camp begins. Lunch and snack are not provided with this camp.

    • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Summer Camp Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are available for children that are registered to attend the City Fun Summer Camp Kindergarten - 5th grade camps. Lessons are held during the weekly visit to the Aquatic Center. 

Children will be placed in levels according to their swimming ability which is assessed on their first visit to the pool. Children must register for both summer camp sessions to participate in all swim lessons.

    • Varies from site to site and by grade level.
  • Fees
    • Residents and Non-residents: $35 for six (6) 40-minute lessons.
