COVID-19

During this time, WPBPD emergency dispatchers are asking callers screening questions regarding COVID-19. It is imperative to answer these questions with complete honesty to avoid exposing first responders to potential virus symptoms or being placed on an extended quarantine.  We urge everyone to please answer our screening questions truthfully as it could affect the efficiency of reporting to community members in need. By keeping our first responders safe, we can continue to keep our City safe.

Currently, we restricted public access to the WPBPD lobby. Any walk-in requests for police reports or motor vehicle accident information, please refer to the signs posted directing visitors to telephone the Records Division at (561) 822-1880 or email Policeprr@wpb.org. If one needs to collect property/evidence, please telephone (561) 822-1875 to schedule an appointment.

The following services are suspended indefinitely:

Fingerprinting Requests
Ride-along Programs
Courtesy Transports
