Cypress Boardwalk Trail

Location: Parking at 8264 Northlake Blvd located 4 miles west of I-95 on the south side of Northlake Boulevard.

Description: A wheelchair and stroller friendly boardwalk extends through the marsh and cypress swamp. Stop by the Nature Center to speak with a naturalist or sign up for a guided program.

Wildlife Viewing: Snail kites are a common sight and bald eagles nest here in winter. Look for alligators, pig frogs, apple snails, great blue herons, and anhingas.

Activites: Hiking, and wildlife viewing. Canoeing, kayaking, and specialty hikes on guided programs only.

Amenities: Staffed Nature Center. Restrooms and water fountain also found in the parking area. Chickee Huts and benches along the boardwalk trail.

Hours: Mon-Sat 8:00am-4:30pm, Sun 8:30-5:00pm
