The City of West Palm Beach is ready to do business!
We welcome participation from all business enterprises – large and small – new and established – traditional and innovative. More importantly, the City of West Palm Beach is dedicated to making sure our business partners are a reflection of the diversity and talents of our residential population.
The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) was created to oversee programs designed to ensure equality and fair business practices within The City of West Palm Beach. The department is responsible for coordinating and facilitating programs that foster workforce development, business development, and professional education and training.
OEO works in partnership with other City departments, business-oriented and non-profit agencies, public and private schools, and other government entities to carry out its mission.
The vision of the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) is for all residents – inclusive of gender, cultural background and abilities – to have equitable opportunities to do business with and/or earn a competitive wage working with the City of West Palm Beach.
