City Hall, the Mandel Public Library and the Visitors Center at Grassy Waters will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of our nation's birthday. Trash collections will continue on regular schedules. The Mandel Public Library will re-open Saturday, July 5, at 9:30 a.m., City Hall and Grassy Waters will reopen Monday, July 7 at 8 a.m.Celebrate the holiday extravaganza at 4th on Flagler.
The City of West Palm Beach Public Utilities Department is conducting a test of the wastewater collection system. A smoke, harmless to humans, plants and animals, is being introduced into the lines to determine if there are any leaks. Follow the link for specific City neighborhoods in City Commission District Five.

Participants MUST provide their City of West Palm Beach Water Account Number in order to complete registration.
We are only able to provide a rain barrel to City of West Palm Beach water customers. One rain barrel per household for the lifetime of the property.

Here's how the process works: 1. Submit your registration form (visit wpb.org/savewater) 2. If approved, we will send you a recording of our rain barrel presentation with important installation tips and addressed safety concerns. 3. After watching the video, submit a short quiz (this will be emailed to you). 4. We will contact you to let you know that you are confirmed, and send more specific info regarding the pick-up time and location. 5. A drive-thru pick-up will be held on October 17. We will do the loading! You can remain inside your vehicle.
Special Rain Barrel Pick-Up (for those who have registered, been approved, and watched the webinar) will be on October 17 between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Howard Park Community Center Parking Lot.
