Welcome to the West Palm Beach Police Department website.

The West Palm Beach Police Department prides itself on being available to meet the public and discuss issues that impact the residents. Recently, Police Chief Antonio "Tony" Araujo and members of the West Palm Beach Juvenile & Community Engagement Unit met with residents and business owners in Old Northwood to discuss issues and ongoing concerns in the City's Beyond the Badge engagement program.

 


Lobby Access

Public access to the West Palm Beach Police Department lobby is by appointment only. Any walk-in requests for police reports or motor vehicle accident information, please refer to the signs posted directing visitors to telephone the Records Division at (561) 822-1880 or email policeprr@wpb.org. If you need to retrieve property or evidence, please call (561) 822-1875 to schedule an appointment.

The following services are currently not available:

  • Courtesy transports

  • Drug drop-off for unwanted medication

  • Fingerprinting requests

  • Ride-along programs

  • Station tours
