Budget Division

The Budget Office prepares and administers the City’s annual budget in accordance with Florida Statutes and policies of the City Commission. The Division fulfills an oversight role on behalf of the City Commission and the City Administration. In addition, the Budget Office provides general advice and assistance to City Departments, members of the public, media representatives, and other units of government.

Primary Services Include:

prepare the City’s annual operating and capital budgets;
analyze and process all changes to the adopted budget;
monitor revenues and expenditures; report quarterly and monthly on financial trends and issues, status of major projects and departmental performance measurement data; and
review fiscal impact of Commission agenda items.
