Out of School and Camp Programs

Registration for our Fun Out of School Activities (F.O.O.S.A) is ongoing. If you are interested in registering your child at one of four locations listed below or if you are looking for more information, please contact our Administrative Office at (561) 804-4900 (TTY: 800-955-8771). F.O.O.S.A. (Fun Out of School Activities)

Children will participate in sports, arts and crafts, clubs, and enrichment activities. This program provides you with peace of mind knowing that your child is being cared for in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

Dates: January 6 - April 30 (monthly)

Fees: $70 / month for residents, $52.50 per month for each additional child

$140 / month for non-residents per child

Fees are subject to change.

There is an annual registration fee of $25 required of each household as of August 1 each year.

Power Hour (F.O.O.S.A. Days Only!)

Are you rushing to pick your child up from F.O.O.S.A.? Take advantage of this hour where you child can draw, play games, or just relax until you arrive. 

Locations: Gaines Park, Pleasant City, & South Olive
Days: Monday - Friday
Time: 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Fees:

T.G.N.S. Days (Thank Goodness No School)

When there is no school and the community centers are open, children will fill their no school day with lots of fun and activities at our licensed program.

Dates: Jan. 5, Feb. 18, Mar. 23, Apr. 3
Dates are subject to change.

Fees: $20 / Day for Residents, $32 / Day for Non-residents
Fees are subject to change.

Additional Info: Pack a lunch and snack daily

Spring Break Camp

It is Spring! Join us for the fun-filled activities, themed days, and field trips during Spring Break. Register early at the community centers or online. Space is limited.

Dates: March 16-20.

Fees: $87 for residents.

$144 for non-residents per child.

Fees are subject to change.

Location: Pleasant City, South Olive, and Gaines Park Community Centers.

Additional Information: Pack a lunch and snack daily.

Spring Break SK8 Camp

Calling all skateboarders, no matter the experience! Learn to ride or take your skill to the next level with our qualified instructors during Spring Break. Register early at the community centers or online.

Dates: March 16-20.

Location: Phipps Skate Park.

Fees: $60 Resident/Full Season, $75 Non-Resident/Full Season or $14 Resident/Day, $17 Non-Resident/Day.

Registration: Begins January 6.

Additional Information: Pack a lunch and snack daily.
