The City of West Palm Beach herein provides this notice per the Sunshine Law, Florida Statute, 286.011 that a public meeting is scheduled for:

RFP 24.25.210 SS SUNSET LOUNGE PERFORMANCE LIGHTING POWER AND CONTROLS

EVALUATION AND SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING

August 5, 2025, at 3:15 pm, the evaluation and selection committee will meet to evaluate and rank all proposers. All meetings will be held at City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, Room 519, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. This is a public meeting. The general public and proposers can watch and observe but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting.
