City Hall, the Mandel Public Library and Grassy Waters Nature Center will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, in observance of the New Year's Day holiday. See the subtle changes that occur as Grassy Waters settles into night. Enjoy sunset over the marsh, and then paddle under the glow of a full moon. Not for beginners - be sure to try one of our shorter daytime paddles first. Be sure to sign up with a partner, canoes require two paddlers.

Ages: 15 and over (with at least one participating adult).
Cost: $20 per person
Come Prepared: This tour is not intended for beginners. Wear clothes that can get wet and muddy. Bring a water bottle, hat, and sun protection. Binoculars and bug repellent also suggested.
