WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (July 30, 2025) — The West Palm Beach Police Department is proud to host National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Howard Park, located at 1302 Parker Avenue. This annual event is part of a nationwide initiative aimed at strengthening the bond between law enforcement and the communities we serve.
Families are invited to enjoy a lively evening filled with bounce houses, a live DJ, face painting, and glitter tattoos. A backpack giveaway will also be held during the event (one backpack per child; children must be present to receive a backpack), just in time for back-to-school season.
“Community engagement is one of our top priorities,” said West Palm Beach Police Chief Tony Araujo. “National Night Out is a chance for families to come together, meet our officers, and enjoy a safe, positive evening that celebrates connection and trust.”
This event is made possible through generous financial support from THE FUND for West Palm Beach Police, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting officers and strengthening community partnerships.
