Police Public Records Request
The Records Division is responsible for maintaining, processing, and distributing a wide range of official documents in compliance with Florida State Statute (FSS 119), which governs public records access. Our team ensures the accurate and timely handling of nearly 15,000 reports each year.
Whether you need a police report, accident report, or other official documentation, the Records Division is here to assist. Requests for public records can be submitted quickly and easily through the City of West Palm Beach’s Online Public Records Center.

For any walk-in requests for police reports or motor vehicle accident information, please refer to the signs posted directing visitors to telephone the Records Division at (561) 822-1880 or email policeprr@wpb.org.
Fee Schedule:
• Single-Sided Copies (per page): $0.15
• Research and Redaction: Charged at the hourly labor rate, plus copy costs when applicable
• Photo, Video, or Audio Duplication: Hourly labor rate applies
• Grid Searches: Hourly labor charges apply, plus any applicable copy fees

Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
