The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”), in accordance with Sec. 163.380, Fla. Stat., hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of the following property:
519 L A KIRKSEY, WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA 33401 PCN: 74-43-43-16-17-001-0170
Legally described as: Lot 17, Block 1, PALM BEACH NORTH, according to the Plat thereof in Plat Book 1, Page 127, of the Public Records of PALM BEACH County, Florida.
This is a vacant land plot consisting of approximately 6,098 total square feet (apx. 0.14 acres), currently zoned as MF14.

The CRA desires proposals from developers or businesses that are passionate about increasing homeownership through affordable housing. The CRA is seeking innovative construction designs for a single-family residence utilizing high quality and sustainable solutions. Further, the proposal should include a pre-qualified list of prospective homebuyers. Proposals should highlight how they will support homeownership, community revitalization, and economic growth.
All proposals from interested parties must be received within thirty (30) days following the date of publication of this notice. Proposals received after 5:00 PM on the 30th day will not be considered.

No proposal shall be considered accepted until a written contract is executed by the proposer and the CRA.
The CRA reserves the right to reject all proposals, to re-notice the property, or to retain the property for the CRA's future use, and to take any other action deemed to be in the best interest of the CRA and the City of West Palm Beach as provided by statute.
