The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”), in accordance with Sec. 163.380, Fla. Stat., hereby gives notice of its intent to offer a short-term lease of the following property:
631 6TH STREET, WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA 33401

Legally described as: Lot 13, Block 3, Map of W.S. Clows Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 60 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.

The property is a vacant lot of approximately 0.16 acres, currently zoned NWD-R-C1: Northwest District – Residential-Context1.
The CRA is seeking proposals for development of an affordable housing unit on the property.
All proposals from interested parties must be received within thirty (30) days following the date of publication of this notice. Proposals received after 5:00 PM on the 30th day will not be considered.

No proposal shall be considered accepted until a written contract is executed by the proposer and the CRA.
The CRA reserves the right to reject all proposals, to re-notice the property, or to retain the property for the CRA's future use, and to take any other action deemed to be in the best interest of the CRA and the City of West Palm Beach as provided by statute.
