Industrial Park

The Industrial Park Target Area is one of the last remaining light industrial areas in Palm Beach County and site of the planned CSX/FEC Railroad connector. Along Windsor Avenue, the CRA has invested $1.6 million in streetscape improvements – sidewalks, decorative fencing, landscaping and lighting, smoothing the transition from industrial to residential.

Long term marketing strategies envision the industrial park as a transit-oriented, mixed use area. The CRA-owned “The District at Northwood”, on the western boundary of Northwood Village, will be designed to accommodate transit-oriented development with a mixture of retail, office and residential uses.
