Important Information

  • Monthly permits provide access to shared City garages, not a guaranteed space.

  • Parking is first-come, first-served.

  • Garages are not intended for long-term vehicle storage.

  • Vehicles may not remain parked for more than seven (7) consecutive days without exiting the facility.

    • Downtown residents who anticipate being away for more than seven (7) days must email us at least three (3) business days in advance at parkingfines@wpb.org. 

  • While City garages are equipped with more than 100 cameras and on-site patrolling security, they are not secured storage facilities.

Residential status requires a lease and utility bill.

Key Rules

  • Permits and access cards are non-transferable.

  • No vehicle repairs allowed in garages.

  • Failure to comply with terms may result in termination of parking rights and towing at owner’s expense.
