Quantum Beach 2025 | Panel Discussion
"I was honored to join the Quantum Beach 2025 opening panel to discuss how our City is shaping the future of innovation. Quantum technology will drive new jobs, investment, and economic growth — bringing real opportunities and benefits to our community. Beyond tech, it promises advances in healthcare, infrastructure, and security that will improve everyday life. Our goal is to ensure this innovation creates equitable opportunities and shared prosperity for all of our residents here in West Palm Beach."
— Mayor Keith A. James

Related Ross | Small Business Enterprises Contractor Matchmaking Event
"Small and minority-owned businesses are the backbone of West Palm Beach — and when these local businesses succeed, our entire City thrives. That is why events like this are so important. During this gathering, local businesses sat down with major contractors to explore ways of collaborating and taking part in projects that are transforming our City.
Thank you to Related Ross for your continued investment in West Palm Beach and your partnership in ensuring that economic growth is inclusive. And thank you to our local business community. Your presence at this event sends a strong message: West Palm Beach is a place where small businesses can grow, hire, and thrive. Together, we are building a stronger, more inclusive Community of Opportunity for All."

Spotlight on Leadership: Mayor Keith James Shares His Journey at EPU Fellows’ Panel
Mayor Keith James recently joined Georgia State Representative Kim Schofield for a powerful and inspiring panel discussion during the Organizing Accelerator convening — a flagship leadership development initiative hosted in partnership by the NAACP and Groundwork Project. Moderated by Scott Hutcheson, Executive Director of the EPU (E Pluribus Unum), the panel highlighted the Fellows' personal journeys into public service, the priorities that guide their leadership, and the lessons they've learned advancing equity-driven change.
In a candid, closed-door conversation with emerging grassroots leaders and organizers, Mayor James emphasized the importance of resilience, collaboration across differences, and the need for sustainable leadership rooted in lived experience. As a proud EPU Fellow, he also spoke to the value of programs that bridge sectors and amplify underrepresented voices in public office.
By sharing their personal paths and professional journeys, the panel grounded the convening in lived experiences, offering practical guidance to emerging leaders.
