City Hall, the Mandel Public Library and the Visitors Center at Grassy Waters will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of our nation's birthday. Trash collections will continue on regular schedules. The Mandel Public Library will re-open Saturday, July 5, at 9:30 a.m., City Hall and Grassy Waters will reopen Monday, July 7 at 8 a.m.Celebrate the holiday extravaganza at 4th on Flagler.
The City of West Palm Beach Public Utilities Department is conducting a test of the wastewater collection system. A smoke, harmless to humans, plants and animals, is being introduced into the lines to determine if there are any leaks.
