Possessing a unique ability to connect with listeners, she uses her voice as a canvas to showcase the truths of the heart and soul. Her warm, sultry vocals are reminiscent of artists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Nina Simone, but her amazing sound is unique to the gifts and talents she has been given. During her career, she has performed with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra and the Tulsa Signature Symphony.

The City of West Palm Beach has implemented a new and powerful way to research and plan your potential construction project’s zoning approval and permitting requirements on its website through OpenCounter, connecting residents and the public with essential permitting and zoning information that is accessible whenever needed.
The “Permit Planner Portal” is available on the City’s Development Services webpage and offers tons of helpful information, walking residents, the public, and prospective business owners through their projects’ permitting requirements. Once you’ve finished researching your project you must hop over to our Civic Access portal to submit a permit application to officially get your project started.
For more information, visit the City’s Development Services webpage or watch an informative video on the City’s YouTube page.
