City of West Palm Beach Announces Groundbreaking Ceremony
for Gaines Park Tennis & Community Centers

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — The City of West Palm Beach is pleased to announce the upcoming groundbreaking ceremony for the much-anticipated Gaines Park Tennis & Community Centers. Scheduled to take place on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 10 a.m., this event signifies a significant step forward in the City's commitment to enhancing recreational opportunities and fostering community cohesion.

The groundbreaking ceremony will be held at Gaines Park, located at 1501 North Australian Ave., and will be attended by esteemed local officials, community leaders, project stakeholders, and members of the public. Together, they will celebrate the commencement of construction on these innovative facilities, which are poised to enrich the lives of residents across the region.

The Tennis Center at Gaines Park will feature state-of-the-art courts outfitted with modern amenities to accommodate players of all skill levels. Complementing the athletic facilities, the Community Centers will serve as a dynamic space for a wide range of recreational activities, educational programs, and community gatherings, catering to the diverse needs and interests of West Palm Beach residents.
