Chef May Aungthet is the chef and owner of Ahmay’s Cuisine. Born in Burma and raised in the U.S., she has always carried with her the tastes and aromas of Burmese cooking. Her love of food began in the family kitchen, learning from her mother’s instinctive style of “a little bit of this and that.” Inspired by watching Iron Chef Morimoto with her father, she earned a Culinary Management degree from the Art Institute and gained fine dining experience, including at Morimoto’s Sushi Bar.
During the pandemic, she reconnected with her roots by cooking Burmese dishes nightly over FaceTime with her mother and sister. This rekindled passion led to her first sold-out pop-up dinner at Palm Beach Meats in 2022, sparking a series of successful events. Today, she shares Burmese flavors with the community through Ahmay’s—meaning “mom” in Burmese—a mobile kitchen offering everything from hearty curries to refreshing tea leaf salads, introducing guests to the richness of her heritage one plate at a time.
Chef Austin Beckett is the chef and owner of Double Shift LLC, a private dining company in South Florida specializing in farm-to-table wood-fire cooking and seasonal tasting menus. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, he spent 11 years with Four Seasons Hotels, traveling the world and mastering global cuisines while working in luxury dining. With more than 13 years of professional experience, Chef Beckett brings refined technique and a passion for ingredient-driven cooking to every plate. In 2024, he earned national recognition as the Season 4 winner of Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef on FOX, one of television’s most competitive culinary showcases. Today, through private events, wood-fire dinners, and curated menus, he shares his love of bold flavors and culinary storytelling with clients across South Florida.
Chef Kenson Cesar is the chef and owner of Chef CesArt LLC, a private dining and catering company in South Florida. With more than a decade of experience, he has created memorable culinary experiences for clients both on land and at sea. His career began at Café Boulud in Palm Beach before he spent seven years cooking aboard private yachts, where he mastered the art of crafting refined dishes for discerning palates. A graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute, Chef Cesar launched his own business after COVID-19 to bring fine dining directly into clients’ homes. Today, he specializes in elegant, personalized events that transform kitchens and dining rooms into unforgettable culinary destinations.
Chef Christine Munoz is the owner of Let Her Cook Private Chef Services, where she brings more than 14 years of culinary expertise to every event. An award-winning chef and caterer, she has earned five-star reviews for excellence and has made her mark in high-volume restaurants, hotels, and country clubs. A graduate of culinary arts and chef training in 2012, she combines professional skill with joy and creativity, delivering meals that are as heartfelt as they are refined. Chef Munoz delights in crafting unforgettable dining experiences, sharing her passion and dedication with every plate she serves.
Chef Quinto, originally from the Philippines, has spent the past decade honing her craft in kitchens from bustling restaurants to luxury resorts. Today, she brings her passion and creativity to the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, where she crafts dishes that celebrate connection and culture. Guided by hard work and heart, she wakes each day excited to cook, infusing every plate with energy, artistry, and love. Chef Quinto believes that when passion meets persistence, the results are unforgettable—an approach that defines her culinary journey and inspires the flavors she shares with guests.
Chef Boris Seymore is the founder of BDS Catering & Productions and the creative force behind Georgia Mae’s Restaurant in West Palm Beach. Known for blending Southern comfort with modern flair, he has built a reputation for executing high-profile events and introducing bold culinary concepts. At Georgia Mae’s, his “New Soul Bowl” brings a fresh perspective to traditional flavors, while his Georgia Mae’s Sauce Line—featuring Garlic Hot, Buffalo Wing, and BBQ—translates restaurant-quality recipes into retail favorites. Beyond business, Chef Boris is deeply committed to mentoring young chefs, sharing his knowledge of both culinary arts and entrepreneurship. Chef Hannah Workman is the owner of Pebble’s Palate LLC, a private chef and catering service, and Pebble’s Pies, a dessert venture known for her scratch-made Key Lime pies and other sweet creations. Originally from West Palm Beach and raised in Oak Island, NC, she grew up in her family’s restaurant, where she discovered her love for food and hospitality. After returning to South Florida, she trained under acclaimed chefs at Buccan, Grato, and The Cooper, gaining nearly a decade of fine dining experience. Today, Chef Workman focuses on private dining for families from Jupiter to Palm Beach, sharing her passion for international flavors and inventive cooking. Whether crafting savory dishes or signature pies, she brings warmth, creativity, and a love of flavor to every table.
Joey Leuze, The 2023-2024 GreenMarket Master Chef Before coming to West Palm Beach in 2008, Chef Joey got his start cooking at his mom’s French restaurant in Germany, and later as a chef on luxury yachts in the French Riviera. His cuisine is focused on fresh ingredients from local farms, and is heavily inspired by his European background. With his crew at Palm Beach Catering, Chef Joey is the creative mind behind many Palm Beach galas and events. Having been a vendor at the West Palm Beach GreenMarket for many years, Chef Joey is very excited to be back to show off his culinary expertise and exercise his competitive nature he hones playing tennis and pickleball.
Olive Oil of the World was founded in 2008 by Ersilia Moreno and her son, Chef Rasheed, a 2003 graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute. Over the past 17 years, the company has earned national recognition, holding the distinction of winning the most gold medals for extra-virgin olive oil in the United States. In November 2024, the duo celebrated a major milestone by opening their first brick-and-mortar gourmet food store and gift shop in North Palm Beach. The store has become a hub for food lovers, offering events, cooking classes, wine tastings, and chef demonstrations. With so much more on the horizon, Olive Oil of the World continues to delight customers with exceptional quality and innovative experiences.
