June 4, 2026, beginning at 12:00 p.m., City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, 4th Floor, Public Utilities Conference Room, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The evaluation and selection committee will attend at a public meeting to hear presentations. The general public can watch and observe but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting. Vendors participating in the solicitation may not attend another vendor's presentation.
