Your safety is our priority. The City of West Palm Beach is committed to providing clean, well-maintained, and secure parking facilities that make your visit downtown as comfortable and convenient as possible.

To enhance customer safety, all City parking garages feature:

24/7 Security Monitoring – More than 135 security cameras are strategically located throughout our parking garages and monitored around the clock by the City's Customer Service Center. The camera system provides coverage of approximately 99% of every parking level, allowing staff to quickly identify and respond to incidents.
Routine Security Patrols – Security personnel patrol City garages 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Emergency Call Boxes – Conveniently located throughout each garage, emergency call boxes provide immediate access to assistance when needed.
Well-Lit Facilities – Garages are designed with bright lighting to improve visibility and promote a safe environment.
City Staff On Duty – Parking staff are available to assist customers and coordinate with security personnel or the West Palm Beach Police Department if needed.
After-hours security escort – If would like an after-hours security escort to your car, please call 561-818-3667. Upon request, a member of our security team can meet you at the entrance of any City parking garage and escort you to your vehicle.
