WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (September 16, 2025) – A Crime Stoppers tip led the West Palm Beach Police Department to investigate a business along the 500 block of Clematis Street suspected of illegally selling marijuana.
During the course of the investigation, detectives purchased marijuana multiple times. On several occasions, marijuana was openly displayed in large, clear containers inside the business. Detectives purchased products that included loose marijuana, flavored marijuana, and marijuana gummies. Prices ranged from $10 to $60, with sales made without the required medical marijuana license.
Following several weeks of investigating, detectives arrested 33-year-old Coreey Jones. Jones has been charged with three counts of felony selling, manufacturing, delivering, or possessing with the intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver cannabis in violation of Florida Statute 893.13(1)(a)(2).
