The City of West Palm Beach herein provides this notice per the Sunshine Law, Florida Statute, 286.011 that a public meeting is scheduled for:

RFQ 25.26.400 DL PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, CCNA CONTINUING SERVICES

EVALUATION AND SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING

January 15, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. EST, the evaluation and selection committee will meet to evaluate and rank proposals received. The public meeting will be held at the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach, 411 Clematis Street, Hibiscus Room , West Palm Beach, FL 33401. This is a public meeting. The general public and proposers may watch and observe but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting.
