WHO:                   City of West Palm Beach Departments of

Public Works, Public Utilities, Fire Department

 

KEY ELEMENTS:

Annually, the City of West Palm Beach tests department response and training in advance of the hurricane season ensuring staff is prepared for the massive clean-up efforts that could be needed after a storm. This training is essential to ensure the City is prepared for tree and debris removal, potential flooding, downed electrical lines and other unanticipated obstacles after a storm.
